FARM AND GARDEN UPDATES (WITH VIDEO)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RvDcQcTT8qw&feature=youtu.be  So May was hot...But the garden is kicking and the farmers are still sane so all is good!In today’s video I give you a look around the garden and talk about some of the projects we have going on including a second salad spinner as well as some more preliminary no-till trials.On that note we are having a lot of fun with the no-till stuff so far. I’ve been reading a lot and watching a lot of videos about how to pull this off and honestly, there is still a major dearth of information about how exactly to farm this way in a commercial sense. If you’re curious, though, Singing Frogs Farm provides the closest model to what we’re going for and I am thankful they have done so many talks that people have filmed for my entertainment, and that they recently spoke with Chris Blanchard on Farmer-to-Farmer. Check them out! Also check out what Richard Perkins of Ridgedale Permaculture has going on—a great mix of permaculture and market gardening.
